At RE-SOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SOX, we offer a 30-day refund policy that allows you to return your unworn, unopened SOX in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at team@re-sox.com for further instructions and information. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary details.

 

Please note that the following conditions apply to the refund policy:

  • The refund must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date and we will credit you the full purchase price minus the original shipping charges.

  • The SOX must be in their original, unworn, and unopened condition.

  • The return must include the original packaging.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • All sales are final on Sale Items.

 

Once we receive the returned SOX and verify that they meet the above criteria, we will process the refund for the purchase amount. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
